Keep play in perspective.

Set boundaries before playing

• Decide what you can afford to spend and stop at that limit.
• Set a time limit and take regular breaks.
• Do not borrow to gamble or use money needed for essentials.
• Do not chase losses. A further bet cannot guarantee recovery.

Take a break

If play feels difficult to control, stop depositing and contact the casino’s support team to ask about deposit limits, a cooling-off period or self-exclusion. Ask someone you trust for support.

Protect younger people

Do not share casino accounts or payment details. Keep gambling access away from anyone under 18.
